Palm pre is nothing special comparing with the current iPhone….And it’s going to born the new one….we will see…but I think palm pre has no hope

i just don’t like that the keyboard slides down instead of to the side lol makes the keys to close together. ah well still a great phone!

Who knows, but writing an on-screen keyboard is quite easy (assuming it doesn’t have one).

Plus, true keyboards are better than screen keyboards.

i always think, why people talk bad about iphone when they even touch or got one. i accept critics from people who already got one, thats fair. and i admit, apple lock a few things but if u get iphone jailbreak. no one, no one, no one can’t stop u. and for the multitouch copy thing from motorola, ***** wheres motorola now. touchscreen is so old, the crap minimarket in my block have install one since forever, or the atm, touchscreen is so old, iphone its not just that.

i do totally agree with you. Apple needs to get off their **** and start making what the people want and throw in the basics that most phones have. The pre is looking like a good phone each time i look at it. :)

I’m wondering, how many people on this forum actually have an iPhone? Or have actually used one? Not many I bet. Please stop comparing every phone that gets released to the iPhone. If you do it just shows that deep down you really believe that the iPhone is the standard that all others should be measured against. If that wasn’t the case you’d compare it to The Storm, G1, HTC Touch etc..

And, even older are: the Palm Treo 180 which was made back in 2002, the Handspring Visor on September 14, 1999 (though not technically a cellphone, but a pda that allowed a cell connection through it’s springboard slot..gameboy cartridge style), and in June of 1999, was the Qualcomm pdQ. Anyone know of anything older?

for all the iphone fanboys fags: if someone copied someone here, IT was apple. motorola realesed the first touchscreen cellphone i can remember, the Motorola A1200 or Ming back in 2005 (Apple announced the 1st gen iPhone on January 9, 2007) NOW STFU ONCE AND FOR ALL !!!!
i’m glad i waited and didnt buy that pos phone. definitely getting the pre or another phone with winmo7
